Had a lovely stay! Arthur at the desk was a gem, swiftly moving us after a raucous family turned the room above us into a playground. Room smelled divine, perfect after dancing all night!

The elevator was like a time capsule—waiting forever! And don't get me started on the noisy neighbors. I thought I was at a toddler rave.

The hotel is adorned with vibrant colors and beautiful floral art, creating a cheerful atmosphere that feels welcoming. The accessibility features, including ramps, were especially helpful for seniors like me, making it easy to navigate around the property.

More variety in breakfast options would be appreciated.

Room was super comfy with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast had a great variety, including fluffy waffles and fresh coffee. The pool area was inviting with plenty of sun loungers to chill out. The location was unbeatable, just minutes from Universal Studios.

The structure feels tired and in desperate need of updating!!! !!! The noise from outside is unbearable, with glass windows that do nothing!!! Stains on the carpets give a questionable vibe to the corridors!!!

The layout of the hotel is pretty straightforward; you’ve got your park entrance just 15 minutes away on foot. The location offers easy access to a Denny's and a mini-golf course nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite after a long day.

Unfortunately, the highway noise is a bit intrusive, especially if you're in a room facing it. In our stay, we noticed that the cleanliness could definitely use a boost—carpet needed vacuuming and the shower had a leak. The elevator feels dated and definitely brings an unsettling vibe. Parking arrangements are also a bit cramped upon arrival, which doesn’t give a welcoming impression.
